Bloodmobile Collects 29 Units

The Exeter American Red Cross Blood Drive was held on Friday, June 29th at the Exeter Legion Hall.  Thirty-seven units of blood were collected with 29 whole blood received and four power reds.
A delicious lunch was donated by Exeter United Church of Christ.  The ladies working the canteen were JoDeen Swartz and Jackie Yound.

Kathy Erdkamp and Lynette Trauger helped escort donors over to the canteen area.

Coordinators Barb Jansen and Marilyn Anderson were “thankful to everyone who came to donate blood, worked and those providing food for the drive.”

The next blood drive will be at Fairmont on Friday, Aug. 24 from noon to six p.m.  The last blood drive of the year in Exeter will be on October 23rd from 11:30 – 5:30 p.m.
