Exeter Gets Some Snow from Storm Q

Exeterites saw between 6 - 8 inches in the Weather Channel named Storm Q.  While totals predicted were up to 14-16 inches a dry atmosphere depleted the moisture in the storm disappointing many from area farmers to school children.  Exeter-Milligan students enjoyed a snow day on Thursday and a late start on Friday.  More snow is predicted for the area on Sunday and Monday.

Exeter-Milligan Update: Elementary Reading

The Fantastic Frogs continue to "hop" their way through the Reading Mastery Program!  One of their favorite activities is to read words on the ipods.  Each time a story is read, Mrs. Kara Myers charts the words they had difficulties with.  These words are then put on a flashcard app on each individual ipod for each "frog" to read.  "Frogs" pictured are (left to right) Josh Meyer, Tyler Due, and Trenton Vossler.
