Generations Bank, Exeter, Nebraska has announced the addition of a
new service through a partnership with La Vista, Nebraska based Securities
America. With this new service, Exeter
native Derek Betka will be serving as an independent advisor for Securities
America and will have an office located in the Generations Bank building.
Betka, who specializes in wealth management, wealth preservation,
including long-term care and estate planning, has been involved in the
financial services industry for seven years.
Betka
holds his life, health, long term care and securities based investment licenses.
He has previous experience with nationally known companies such as ADM
and John Hancock. Derek’s experience
also includes conducting multiple estate planning seminars throughout the area.

Betka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from the
University of Nebraska in Lincoln. He
and his wife Brooke, a native of Davenport, recently relocated from Wahoo to
Fairmont. The Betka's have two children,
Kayleigh age 3 ½ and Kelsey who is 1.
Betka is active in his church and was recently elected President of the
Alpha Gamma Rho Alumni Board.
Betka will have regular office hours at Generations Bank in
Exeter. He will be in Exeter on Tuesdays
and Thursdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. beginning in August or by
appointment.
