Exeter Volunteer Fire Department Visits Elementary School

To help celebrate Fire Prevention Week, the Exeter Volunteer Fire Department brought one of their big trucks for the Exeter-Milligan elementary students to climb and take a ride around town.  With sirens blowing and lights flashing the students enjoyed a fall brisk day cruising down main street.

Bottom -  Exeter-Milligan second graders are excited to head downtown on the fire truck.  Pictured from the left are Emma Meyer, Ayla Kahler, Liberty Johnson, Jolene Vossler, Carter Milton, Kierra Papik, Mikey Bartu, Aidan Vavra and Jayden Capek.
The Exeter Volunteer Fire Department Junior Fire Patrol program will not be held this year.  The Department has decided to hold the program every other year starting with next year.  Fifth and Sixth graders will be invited to attend.
