New Signs in Exeter notified peddlers and door to door salesman that they must get a permit before selling in town. If someone comes to your door to sell something don't forget to ask for their permit. If they don't have one, please remind them that the need to visit the village office during business hours to apply for a permit.
The other new signs direct trucks to the newly established truck route which leads them directly to the coop. The village board hopes to minimize street damage by establishing a route for trucks.
