Field Trip!
By Amanda Pettygrove, Exeter-Milligan Kindergarten teacher
The K-2 students at Exeter-Milligan have been gearing up to take their field trip to the Roca Berry Farm. This year students got to learn about the pumpkin life cycle before going to the patch. Miss Alexis from the UNL Extension Office visited to share her knowledge and a fun activity to get students ready. On field trip day, students enjoyed all the fun the pumpkin patch had to offer-slides, obstacle courses, corn mazes, haunted houses, and a chance to pick their own pumpkin. A fun day was had by all.
