3D
Printing at Exeter-Milligan
by
Phyllis Severson, Math Instructor/Tech Director
We have
been fortunate to get 3D printers at Exeter-Milligan. The computer apps
students have been working with Photoshop and the site online-convert.com to take 2D pictures,
edit them and convert them to 3D printable art. Pictured are some examples of
what have been created. From left to right: a snowflake designed in Photoshop,
Timberwolf logo edited in Photoshop and an eclipse viewer from NASA which was
edited to add Exeter-Milligan to it and then printed. We are excited to
continue to explore and create with the 3D printers.
