Pouring rain caused a two hour delay in the last home matchup for the season in Milligan Friday night. Intense lightning and buckets of rain started falling around 7:20 and the game was stopped just about 2/3 of the way through the second quarter. The Timberwolves jumped on the board first with a Spencer Pribyl pass to Trever Zelenka who was in the end zone. The Patriots picked up a Timberwolf fumble and capitalized on those points. The Patriots scored one more td before the rain delay leaving the score 14-8 for a few hours. Back on the field around 9:45 the Timberwolves dominated, scoring within two minutes of returning to play. They held the Patriots scoreless the rest of the game and tacked on a few more touchdowns for insurance. Final score 42-16 Timberwolves.
