Two Cub Scouts in Exeter Pack 218 received their Arrow of
Light in a ceremony on Monday, April 29th. The Cub Scouts,
Blake Meyer and Clint Oldehoeft, were presented their arrow of light by their
parents, Heather and Luke Meyer and Jill and Jason Oldehoeft. The Cub
Scouts then received their ceremonial arrows in a ceremony by members of the
Order of the Arrow, a service organization of the Boy Scouts of America.
Pictured in the front row (l-r) are Blake Meyer and Clint Oldehoeft, behind are
members of Troop 270 of Friend and also the members of the Order of the Arrow
who performed the ceremony. Pictured in the back row from the left are
Seth Noel (Nutiket), Malachai Darling (Medicine Man), Brandon Yoder (Akela) and
Joey Bartu (Guide). Below they are pictured with their parents.
