EMF Gets a W for Homecoming Football Game

The Bobcats started scoring late in the first quarter and didn't stop in their homecoming game against Southern in Friend on Friday night.

Mark Milton got a big run with 4:55 left in the first quarter and Mikey Bartu took the next ball and ran it in for six and the Milton took it in for the two point conversion 8-0.

Adrien Mueller returned the Southern punt back into the endzone giving the Bobcats a 14-0 lead and Bartu took the two point in making it 16-0 with 2:29 left in the first quarter.

Aidan Vavra took his turn with 12:00 minutes left in the half tacking on eight poings for the Bobcats 24-0.  With 5:12 left in the half Vavra found another hole and was in the end zone for six.  He then tossed the two point to Truman Milton making it 32 - 0.

In the second half of the game Mason Vossler optioned to Mueller who was in for a TD with 7:54 left in the third quarter 40 - 0 and then Vossler tossed it to Zach Vossler making it 46-0 with 7:53 left in the quarter.  With 3:45 left in the quarter the Raiders found the end zone for 8 making it 46-8.

Will Kallhoff returned the kickoff into the end zone for six making it 52-8 with 3:35 left in the third quarter.

The Raiders scored again making it 52-20 with 11:50 left in the game.

The Bobcats came back with Vossler finding Milton in the end zone for six and Chase Paulsen with the two point catch.  With 9:57 left in the game 60-20.

The Raiders found the end zone one more time with 1:33 left in the game 60-28.

The Bobcats will meet Sutton in Sutton on Friday night.
