Exeter Public Library held their Summer Reading Program Kick Off on Thursday, May 26 at the library with a special presentation.
They billed the event would feature things that have scales, are cold-blooded and don’t sweat and Jason Buresh of Czechland Pet out of Fairbury certainly delivered.
Buresh brought a variety of snakes, turtles and other reptiles and gave the attendees an educational morning talking about the habits and environment each of his reptiles enjoy. The kids had the opportunity to touch the reptiles and ask lots of questions about their features.
The participants had a great time viewing the animals and learned a great deal about reptiles.
Just a reminder:
The Exeter Public library is all set to begin its summer reading program in June. This year their theme will be "Friends Together Now!"
