EXETER UNITED
METHODIST WOMEN GUEST DAY
The Exeter United Methodist Women
held a "Guest Day" on April 19, 2012, in the church. There were
55 ladies in attendance from seven United Methodist Women and United Church of
Christ groups.
Helen Waring Johnson of Geneva,
entertained the group with her "Helen's Many Musical Hats"
program. Hats complimented the song medleys she sang. Also,
beautiful old piano selections were played by Delores Bailey of York, as part
of the program.
Exeter UMW members helping with the
program were Evelyn Michl, Janice Miller, Sandra Horne, Loryne Moore, and
Bonnie Cudaback.
A delicious lunch of varied desserts
was served in the Fellowship Room, with decorations in bright pink, with black
tableclothes. Hostesses were Loryne Moore, LaVonnie Guthrie, Roma Rhodes
and Sandra Horne.
