K-2nd: On February 29th, 45 elementary students at the Exeter site participated in a Jump Rope for Heart Event. The event is designed to help instill healthy habits in students today, to ensure longer, healthier lives for them tomorrow.
Troy Kallhoff was the top fundraiser at Exeter-Milligan Elementary. He raised an amazing $320 in honor and memory of his Grandpa Willy Ekeler. Fifteen students raised $1399.91 that will help in the fight against heart disease and stroke. Funds raised from the event are used to support American Heart Association research and education initiatives that save lives in our community.
