Obituary Alice P. Hall

 Alice Pauline (Vinson) Hall was born on December 31, 1957, in Los Angeles, California. She was the third of 5 children born to Albert P. Vinson and Dorothy (Williams) Vinson. Alice passed away in Lincoln, Nebraska on January 30, 2025 at the age of 67 years.


In June of 1976, the family moved to Lincoln, Nebraska where she met and married the love of her life Wayne Lee Hall. They were united in marriage on July 24, 1980 and made their home in Exeter, Nebraska. To this union 2 sons were born, Wayne Lee Hall Jr. and Jonathan Wayne Hall. The boys and Wayne were her life. Alice was a devoted wife and mother. She was kept busy going to their school functions and activities.

Alice worked for the State of Nebraska in York, Nebraska for Region V Services for over 20 years as a respite caregiver. Alice loved her job and the clients she worked with.

Alice is loved by many and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne of 42 years; father, Albert P. Vinson; mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Clifford Carlson; brother, Albert P. Vinson Jr.; father-in-law, Leonard Hall; niece, Jennifer Hitchcock; brother-in-law, Mike Kahler and sister-in-law, Gayle (Hall) Hitchcock.

Alice is survived by her sons, Wayne (Tiffany) Hall Jr. of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jonathan Hall of Exeter, Nebraska; sister, Allean (Bill) Bolick of Arkansas; brother, Rick (Joyce) Tarver of Lincoln, Nebraska; mother-in-law, Doris Hall of Exeter, Nebraska; brothers-in-law; Warren (Vicky) Hall of Grafton, Nebraska, Wade Hall of Exeter, Nebraska, Wynn (Deb) Hall of Palmyra, Nebraska; sisters-in-law, Diane (Alan) Dux of Fairbury, Nebraska, Marian (Hall) Kahler of Fairmont, Nebraska; grandchildren, Katie Vinson, Ameron Vinson, Amarah Carr and Preston Carr; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
