Spanish Word Splash

Students (L-R) Draven Payne, Taylor Pribyl, Savana Krupicka and Owen Real are working together to complete a Word Splash. Word Splash is a cooperative activity in which students must arrange sentence pieces into a complete and correct sentence. This activity was one of several used in Spanish to review during an obstacle course competition. Daily in Spanish class students implement Think-Pair-Share to practice an exercise or conversation before presenting to the entire class. This gives students a chance to gain confidence and supports cooperative learning.
