Exeter-Milligan Update: Math Musings

Exeter-Milligan 7th grade Math Instructor

Mr. Krejci's 7th grade Math students began their 4th chapter of the year by introducing prime numbers. Prime numbers include any number that has two factors, 1 and itself. The goal for students by the end of the quarter is to have the prime numbers 1-100 memorized. The students created prime number cards and labeled them with highlighters. One color is highlighted as the prime number, the other is highlighted as the composite (a number that has three or more factors).  The students working on their prime number cards from left to right in rows include: Kierra Papik, Lily Jeffries, Liberty Johnson, Joleen Vossler, Michael Bartu, Emma Meyer, Carter Milton, Jayden Capek, and Aidan Vavra.
