Exeter-Milligan students were privy to a presentation on
Wednesday Jan 21st that included a live snake.
Henry Doorly Zoo Presenter Katie Fuenning and Docent Rickie
Engel shared the animals and some lessons with elementary, junior high and high
school students. The lesson, was primarily on reptiles and their
characteristics and the Henry Doorly Zoo representatives brought live examples
of the species. The interactive lesson gave lots of opportunities for the
students to participate.
