FCDC Presents Brown Bag Workshop



Brown Bag Workshop “Stress! Who Needs It” to be Held February 5th.

A one-hour Brown Bag Workshop, “Stress Who Needs It”, presented by Elizabeth Smith, will be held February 5, 2014 at the Heritage Crossings multi-purpose room at 501 N 13th Street in Geneva.
The one-hour workshop will be held three different times to accommodate people’s lunch times. The first session will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m., the second session from noon-1:00 and the third session from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Elizabeth Smith, who facilitates a variety of soft skill presentations workshops and classes for Central Community College, will be the presenter. 
Stress is all around us.  On average people spend 1/3 of their lives in the workplace setting and much of that time is spend under pressure of deadlines, responsibilities and commitments.  “Stress! Who Needs It? is a light hearted session where you will not only have some fun, but you will learn tips and techniques on how to have stress work for you instead of against you.
The Leadership Development Committee of the Fillmore County Development Corporation is sponsoring the Brown Bag Workshop.
