The Exeter-Milligan High School quiz bowl team
participated in the GFWC Nebraska Federation of Women's Club annual Women's
Quiz Bowl on October 17, 2012, in Seward. The morning round robin points
determined our team placement in the afternoon tournament bracket.
Unfortunately, we came up against the number one seed, Fillmore Central, who won
the tournament. The following girls participated: fron rowt: Janey Due,
Alicia Bigelow, Taylor Erdkamp - captain, Maitlyn Thomsen, and back row:
Logan Zeleny and Erica Yound. Our top scorer was Taylor Erdkamp with 180
pts. We would like to the the Exeter Women's Club for sponsoring us again this
year
