Tire Recycling Days



Tire Recycling Days set for August 12, 2016

A free scrap tire cleanup has been scheduled for residents of Fillmore County on Friday, August 12th.  The collection site will be at the Fillmore County Fairgrounds.  The collection will run from noon to 6:00 p.m.

Tires from cars, pickups, trucks, pivot and tractor tires will be accepted.  No rims or tubes will be accepted. You will be responsible for unloading your own tires. No early or late drop offs. Dealers are not permitted to bring tires. 

It is being funded by a grant from the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality. Fillmore County Board of Supervisors and the Fillmore County Economic Development Corporation (FCDC) are sponsoring the event.
